Murthal Dhaba Indian Restaurant

It is right by the other side of the pilot travel center. We stopped by to charge our car and ordered some food with plenty of skepticism. But my word all of them are sooo good and very good portions for the size as well. Tea is just amazing. The two bread items we ordered paneer bread and mixed bread were just too good and they are served with some onions, achar and yogurt. My son wanted Gulab Jamun and that tasted as well he loved it. We also ordered some tava bread and that was also very good. Overall well above expectations and we will make it a habit to stop there whenever we pass by that exit going forward.

Yesterday we ordered takeout from this food truck mixed paratha, tawa roti, saag paneer, and okra and every single dish tasted incredibly authentic. It’s the first time I’ve found truly real Indian flavors in the USA that aren’t Americanized. Every bite was rich, fresh, and deeply satisfying. They even served yogurt and achaar on the side, which made it feel even more like home. While waiting for pickup, I also tried the chai, bread pakora, and samosa all absolutely top-notch. I left feeling so happy and content. If you’re nearby, this place is a must-try.

We live locally and pick up food here several times a month. One of our favorite spots. Excellent, authentic Indian food, $2 milk tea, and kind, friendly people. The lamb curry, goat curry, and yellow daal are our favorites— so good.

Last night I ordered food near the petrol side, but unfortunately I went to the other side near the Pilot area. I informed one person that I had ordered food, and he gave me food after 10 minutes. Later, when I had already left, I received a call from King’s Tandoori Food Truck saying, “Brother, you didn’t pick up your food; your order is ready.” I told him I was sorry and explained that I had gone to the wrong side and already received food from someone else. He stayed calm and polite and said, “It’s okay, brother,” and ended the call. I felt sorry for him. However, I do not recommend Murthal Dhaba. The food was not good and I had to throw it away. Overall, not good food quality and not good business management.

Fantastic food here! Nice people! He made it fresh after I ordered it! Naan was amazing!
