My Maria Mexican & American Cuisine

I loved My Maria! I got the loaded chilaquiles and it was delicious!! Def recommend the Chile Verde. The conchas were also amazing! The iced Cafe de olla coffee was also very good and not super overpowering. Loved it!!

Amazing food, fantastic people! Maria is so kind and sweet. She made me feel like I had my very own Mexican grandmother. All the staff is just as kind, like family! The food was delicious so much so that during my visit to Odessa I stopped 4 times and took family along too. Don't miss it!!!!

Everything was exceptional! Cafe de olla was really good. I got red cheese enchiladas super delicious, and the concha was very soft and good. If it's your first time there, they give you a sample of their cafe de olla in the tiny mugs. It's a unique experience and very pleasant.

Really didn't enjoy my experience here and felt pretty ignored. At first I was like okay well it's kinda busy in here and im all about cutting waiters some slack for that situation. After a bit though it cleared out a good bit and it was still difficult try to get any one to pay attention to us. Short from standing up and waving our arms they just never looked around to see if their tables needed anything. Honestly the food wasn't bad but for the price and service I would just rather go somewhere else.
