MyFroYo Frozen Yogurt

Two hours after the mall opened and they are still closed (after 12:00). There wasn't any signs saying when they would open. We went to Yogurt Beach instead since MyFroYo couldn't open on time and it was the best decision. Yogurt Beach was amazing.

There were bugs all over the toppings to include the fruit, popping pearls, and chocolate. Only got the frozen yogurt and let the employee know. They said there’s nothing they can do about it. Don’t go here.

I love coming here but I feel like it’s a bit overpriced and I get grossed out by the open toppings because I see bugs crawling on them sometimes. I say the toppings aren’t the cleanest and you could get sick from them because there is no cover on them. Overall good just don’t recommend to germaphobes.

The girl working here seemed bothered that we came in to get some frozen yogurt. Didn’t greet us, let alone, even make eye contact with us. She had her airpods in the entire time. The toppings were low and had some fruit flies flying around them too. Pretty disgusting. Once we went up to pay, she gave us a dirty look and STILL didn’t say a word. Some retraining and hiring people that have costumer service skills is needed here.

Tart frozen yogurt was off (gross) and all of the fruit toppings were old and slimey. Nowhere to sit and the girl helping was nice in letting me switch my froyo (we had already paid so didn’t really have a choice) but she was no where to be found when we had questions or needed to pay. All horrible. Won’t go back.
