Always have a good experience here and the place is clean with great service from the teen help they hire. Kids are always excited to go. Not sure we need the giant jenga game on the table though, just crashes and makes tons of noise.

I was really excited for some fro-yo, but this place was a total letdown. The shop was noticeably dirty — sticky counters, toppings spilled everywhere, and the machines looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in hours. Definitely not what you want to see when you’re about to eat something. The employees were just as disappointing. They seemed completely uninterested, barely acknowledged customers, and acted like being asked a question was a huge inconvenience. And the prices?? Wild. I expect fro-yo to be a little pricey, but this was straight-up ridiculous for the quality (or lack of it). Paying premium prices for a messy shop and inattentive service is not it. Safe to say I won’t be coming back.

The building was nice, but the tables and floor were very sticky. Despite the summer heat, there was only one employee to help the many customers, which makes me understand why the other reviews reported staff being frustrated and unkind. Despite the many fat-free options, the dairy free options were few and not very good. The toppings bar was well stocked however. All in all, schedule more staff during busy hours to ensure a clean dining room and better employee experience.

Late night snack. Love the franchise but totally disappointed in the is location. Yogurt machines were all dirty, the topping area was very messy. Did not see an employee till after standing at the register for 15 minutes. She came out did not great or even made eye contact. Will definitely be going to another location.

They had gloves and sanitizer ready at the door, and we got to choose our items. It's comforting when a business is well prepared and careful. This was a nice treat after working hard all week!
