Such a great restaurant! I've learned over many years of travel to avoid tourist traps which tend to have mediocre restaurants that cater to tourists and don't have to care about quality. Myrtie Mae's is where the locals dine, and was such a refreshing surprise to discover while we were in Eureka Springs. Fresh, delicious salad bar that can be added to any meal for $3.99 or $4.99...so you can feel okay to induldge in the fresh hand battered fried chicken, fish, and shrimp. Best reuben sandwich I've had in a long time. Would love to try the steak some time. Prices feel like we've gone back in time 5 years before inflation. We’re locals here in Eureka Springs, and Myrtie Mae’s continues to be one of the few places that gets breakfast right every single time. We ordered the Steak & Eggs, and everything came out exactly the way it should — hot, seasoned well, and cooked the way we asked. The hashbrowns were crisp, the biscuits were soft, and the gravy was the kind you only get in a real Ozark kitchen. Cassie took great care of us today. Fast service, friendly attitude, and she never let anything sit empty on the table. That matters. If you’re visiting town or you live here, this is the kind of consistent, reliable, good food spot every community needs. We’ll keep coming back — this place has earned it.

You can get a decent meal for a decent price here. Good old fashioned American breakfast at around $10 each. Food was hot & fresh and Connie was friendly & quick to refill our coffee. They also serve REAL BUTTER and 1/2& 1/2 🥰

This place was a little hard to find. It was inside of the entrance to the hotel, but we didn't see any signs on the building. The restaurant was clean and the salad bar looked well maintained. Our server was friendly and very helpful. Our food was ok, but not worth the $ in my opinion. I had a very dry hamburger steak. My husband had to send back his burnt fish which they kindly remade. I'll never understand why a kitchen sends out visibly burnt food, but we've had it happen other places as well. 🤷‍♀️ The kids enjoyed their food so we gave it 4 stars. My son enjoyed his chicken strips so much he took his own photo. 😉

Wonderful hometown restaurant atmosphere. All the people are extremely friendly and the services propped and friendly. This is probably one of the best places to eat in town. They have great homemade cinnamon rolls. Steak and eggs for $16
