Nagoya Teriyaki

Food tasted good here. Seems the place is being renovated or changed.

It’s under new ownership and I didn’t know that when I placed my order. This used to be my favorite place to get Mongolian beef. When I ordered online I asked for ‘extra onion/veggies’ my fault for not specifying only the veggies that normally come with the meal and they added broccoli which turned the dish into the taste of broccoli and beef- which I didn’t want. Also, this dish has much more kick to it than the previous owners, so those with heartburn be aware. Also there is no note on their site stating if dishes are spicy. Nice enough woman working at front, but when I called to ask about the broccoli and let her know it ruined the taste, she explained why there was broccoli she had nothing left to add. An offer to remake or correct would have been nice, or at least an ‘I’m sorry’. Aga

This is our go to at least once a week. We love the teriyaki chicken combos, gyoza, Szechuan beef, and friend rice. The kimchi is the absolute best. We usually call and our order is ready within 30 mins to pick up which allows just enough time to peak into one of the surrounding stores. Thank you Mr. Steve!

Don’t get me wrong I have eaten here many times over the years.its always been fair to good but Lately I have noticed the quality has diminished . This evening it was the worst teriyaki I have ever had. The to go boxes melted like it had been microwaved . Presentation looked horrible , salad Wilted meat cut into little squares and dry. Fried rice mediocre at best and egg shell in it. We paid $50 plus tip for 2 meals and 2 drinks side of gyoza which was decent the only thing. We had no utensils or anything in the bag . Sorry but you gotta step up your game . Or maybe it’s time to hang it up.

The kung pao chicken was excellent as well as the teriyaki. Nice find.
