Taste like the original Bun Mam in Vietnam. I enjoyed Bun Mam, but I have never tried cooking at home due to the strong smell, so I am really glad to find a place that make Bun Mam taste like Bun Mam (some other places waterdown the broth to reduce the strong smell). Clean, polite staff, taste as expected. For sure will come back.

The food was good, especially the bun mam. This is the best bun mam I've ever eaten in Orange County. The service was nice and fast when I visited during lunch hour. I definitely will come back to try other dishes next time.

I’m a big fan of Bún mắm , always on the lookout for a place that serves it well to satisfy my cravings. I’ve tried many spots, and so far, this is the one I’m most satisfied with. The broth is aromatic with lemongrass and full of rich flavor. I especially enjoyed the little bowl of tamarind fish sauce for dipping the toppings, it reminded me of the style from my hometown. The seasoning was just right for me. The vegetable platter was generous, fresh, and had a nice variety. Service was a bit slow since there was only one young man that day and the restaurant was quite busy. Still, he was very enthusiastic and attentive, which made up for it. All of the ingredients are homemade, which makes the food taste fresh and authentic. You can really notice the quality in every dish, and the flavors come together naturally without feeling overdone. It’s simple, well-prepared food that speaks for itself.
