Naples Ice Cream Shoppe

I came here with my family and got the hot fudge sundae. It was very good and enjoyable. I would definitely come back! They were also flexible to changing one of the toppings which was good! Overall I had a great experience and enjoyed the atmosphere here!

Naples Ice Cream Shoppe is our family favorite spot in Naples, FL. We are from Wisconsin and visit yearly for spring break. On our typical ten day vacation you can expect us to be standing on the pink floor at least 6-7 times. It’s the perfect night cap. The staff is friendly and kind. Our daughter loves the pink swirled floor and awesome wall paintings. The ice cream and styles of sundaes are the literal cherry on top. Can’t wait for our next visit! 🍦💞🍦💞🍦

This is a great independent ice cream shop in Naples. They have many ice cream varieties available, shakes, and interesting cone options. There's plenty of seating, both indoor and out. There was no wait when we visited on Dec 30. We got two cones, a sunday and a bowl.

This ice cream shop is without a doubt the best ice cream in Naples. Honestly it's better than any ice cream place I've been to, which is basically between Florida and Massachussets--I drove to Massachusetts hitting up many ice cream shops along the way (I love ice cream). It's a little disappointing to me that people would write such bad reviews based on one experience they have had, mostly because of customer service issues. Don't you realize that people have their own issues going on at home, and they are a lot of times younger people who are navigating life and figuring things out? I mean come on, God forbid the floor is dirty the one time that you go there... Sometimes people spill things and the employee working doesn't have time to clean it up right away. The is probably the best ice cream in town. And we would know :) We usually get a single scoop, but the ice cream sandwiches are amazing. They have a fun vibe for the kids—pink walls and grams to play—along with friendly staff.
