Napolis Pizza

First time going and it was à nice experience. Josh was very kind and took great care of me. The salad was amazing. I ordered a build your own calzone, a stromboli and a bread stick. The dough is amazing the salad was great. My only critique is my stromboli was dry on the inside I felt it needed sauce and cheese mixed all in like a glue to hold it all together. With no sauce and cheese throughout on the inside the toppings just spilled all over the place and the sauce would of helped cook the veggies more too. My onions were strong and raw. The cheese was just on the top. It was tasty and ill give it a 5 out of 10 the sauce throughout would of gave it a 10. Will i go back yes i will I'm eager to try more items.

There are places you like at first sight. There are places you dislike at first sight. And... there are places you like at first sight but not so much on a second look. Sadly, for us, Napolis was the third case. The staff is certainly friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The clientele are mainly familiar repeat customers, often known to the staff by name. There is friendly banter and a great atmosphere. The shop looks tiny from the outside but is surprisingly well laid out for maximum customer dining space. The place is quite clean, as well, at least the dining area. After my initial highly positive impression, a few less positive details started to kick in. The food was ordinary, perhaps mediocre, while prices were on the high side. I had a sausage calzone and my mother had a spinac

Affordable one slice pizza was an appealing concept. I noticed a 'pasta salad' on the menu so I'd often visit Napolis just for that. Until recent visits. It's a shame how a simple continuous oversight can cause a customer to spend money elsewhere. Extra pasta salad dressing (i'll pay for it) ..was always my polite request. They NEVER got it right! I would go to the car, look in the container No Extra dressing. I began to stand at the counter & check the contents of my order...still having to request the extra dressing AGAIN!! Oftentimes, I was the only customer being serve! I will do business at a different establishment from here out.

This was my first time ordering pizza from here. I was in the mood for a different taste. I wasn't going to mention the service issue I encountered, but I believe it is important. When I went inside to pick up my order, the young asked if she could help me, and I replied, "Yes, I am here to pick up my order." She grabbed it and pushed it towards me without making eye contact, acknowledging me with a thank you, or saying, I hope you enjoy your pizza, but quickly turned away and began talking with her coworker. I felt it necessary to mention that although the pizza and breadsticks were delicious, her attitude could determine whether I return.

AMAZING PIZZA! ive lived in this area for 20 years and i never got a pizza from here until today! my family enjoyed it so much, it was so good. tastes so good. i personally loved the bread, feels like it was made from scratch! the service was top tier, very friendly and gave recommendations for anyone who asks. the place is very clean! i would definitely recommend trying this place out!
