Shout-out to Martina at Nectar Coffee and Eatery for excellent customer service. My friend wasn’t enjoying their original drink, and Martina handled it with professionalism and kindness—she replaced it without any hesitation. The new beverage was great, and the whole experience reflected exactly what good customer service should be. Really appreciated her attitude and care. Will definitely be back.

I had a great experience at Nékter! The juices and smoothies were incredibly fresh, flavorful, and made with real, clean ingredients. The staff was friendly and helpful in recommending options. Everything tasted natural—not overly sweet or artificial like some places. Definitely my new go-to for healthy drinks and snacks!

I have consistently ordered their protein waffles and have found them to be quite satisfactory. They offer a convenient and nutritious option for a healthy breakfast.

I've given them a few chances but it takes 20 minutes to get one smoothie. There will be multiple people working and no one else waiting and it'll take that long for one smoothie. This isn't a rare occurrence - you can order in person and have to wait 15 minutes when there's no one in front of you. Everyone is just in the back talking and taking their time. if online orders are causing it to take 20+ minutes, then maybe more blenders are needed? But I've also been to sweetgreen and other smoothie places that don't take this long.
