Nesmon Cafe and Boutique

Café and pastry shop with a strong smell of baked butter and a loud stream of jazz music. Drip coffee is dark and a little bitter—it grew on me.

I recently visited Nesmon Cafe, and I have to say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting ambiance that instantly reminded me of a charming European cafe. The staff was incredibly pleasant, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. The food at Nesmon Cafe is simply out of this world. They offer a variety of options to cater to all tastes, ensuring that everyone can find something they love. I tried one of their salads and a sandwich, and both were exceptionally fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The ingredients tasted like they were sourced with care, contributing to the overall quality of the meal. But let's not forget about the coffee - it was delicious! Severely disappointed in the change of ownership. The new owner re did the interior and robbed it of all the charm, it now looks like every other place on ventura desperate for instagram reposts. As well to presumably cut costs the new owner got rid of the vegan menu, which is extremely disappointing as myself and many others were drawn here because it had something for everyone. Now the ambiance, service, and unique authenticity is gone. It is a shame and I will not be returning after years of being a loyal regular.

The best little French bistro in the Valley. The food and the atmosphere are excellent. I recommend the crepes Marcel, so good. Grab a table outside and enjoy another beautiful day in sunny Southern California. I highly recommend. Happy Trails!

Tomato soup is tasty! Stuff is friendly ! Everything was great but I would definitely put more avocado for the avocado toast and use a homemade bread! 🤤
