They have done great to improve the atmosphere when you walk in. That being said, the food product has gone dramatically downhill as well as the attention to details to pick up orders. Instead of ordering online, which I normally have done in past, I called to place my order. I asked questions, explained about problems with missing items in online orders ( which she had no response) and placed my order (which will be my last, sadly to say after 23 yrs). My order tonight was shrimp egg rolls, fried wontons, egg drop soup, chicken fried rice, and beef and mushrooms. I have been going to the new china house for years and there is no other place that compares to them! Every time I go there I’m totally satisfied with my order, the lady at the front desk is so sweet and friendly! Most of the time I only get wonton soup and an egg roll, I know that’s not much but they’re the best place for that. Sometimes I splurge and get beef with mixed vegetables and it’s DELICIOUS!! I also love the shrimp fried rice, and the portions are generous, I always have enough for 2 meals! Thank you New China House🙏😊

I've been going to New China House for years. They have amazing food and I've never had a bad experience. My go-tos are the general tsos, crab Rangoon, and steamed dumplings. Definitely recommend if you're in the area

Just left New China House, Not only was the food delicious (seriously, their seasoning game is strong), but they were accommodating with my order preferences. If you're looking for a place that serves up good food with care, New China House is it.
