New Garden Carry-Out

I did a call in order & specifically asked for no mushrooms or celery in my food. Upon receiving my order I noticed both items were in my food. When letting the lady behind the counter know of the mistake she proceeded to yell at me and cuss as if the mistake was not her fault. She was extremely disrespectful and tasteless. Do better!

I was definitely displeased. I ordered 3 wings, small fry, small shrimp fried rice and gravy on the side. Only thing I was fairly pleased with was the fries. They were fresh and seasoned to perfection. Wings weren't seasoned to urban liking, the shrimp fried rice was so-so, I'm not one who like egg or vegetable in my rice, there was egg and shrimp was small and filled with water <if U know the difference, U know. That in full wasn't seasoned and pleasing. After adding the gravy, it still was a thumbs down 👎🏽. For it to be such a classic in many Chinese takeout spots, this was by far poor, but if U want some late night fries, this spot is it. No cap!!

07/24/2024 me and a friend ordered food from here. Well we were have way through and noticed a damn roach in the food! 🤢 my friend called up there to explain to them the issue, and was told to bring the food back so she could show her “Chef”, she traveled from Md (PG) bk to this side of town for the lady to try and give only half of the money back! Long story short she was able to get all of the money bk had she even though she had to explain to the lady how she regurgitated immediately after locating the bug in the food and again while driving to drop it off. STAY TF AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I lived on Minnesota Ave for almost 10 years and this carry out was my go to carry out. Today I went in and ordered scallops and french fries for my husband. I asked them to fry the french fries hard and put salt, pepper and mumble sauce on them. When the order was complete, and I gave them to my husband, the french fries were soggy with mambo sauce on it. I was still in the parking lot so I walked back in and asked them to fry them hard with salt, pepper, and Mumbo sauce. They remade the french fries, and fried them hard like I asked, but did not put anything on them. For the third time, I walked back in there and said can you please put salt pepper and Mumbo sauce on my French fries. The lady behind the counter said oh my God ma’am what else do you need from us? And then started calling

I will not order food from this carryout nomore I ordered shrimp and broccoli and a broccoli and shrimp have no flavor and it is so nasty to order onion ring onion rings it's dry with no flavor to it
