New Hartford Public Library

Very clean and well kept. Appears to have a lot of great programs for children and a lot of community engagement. However, it is constantly very loud for a library. Good luck trying to study or work if you are not a child.

I took my granddaughter to storytime. The story was age appropriate and there was a cute art project all set up for the kids to make. The woman reading the story was energetic and involved the kids in the story. We had a great time. The play area there is amazing! Many options including a play store..a play house..a tool bench...a puppet theater booth...many learning games and puzzles and even tablets for the kids to use. We will definitely be back!

The story and craft time for kiddos is great! The library also has an extensive toy collection and craft supplies for little patrons.

Great library! Freezing temperatures inside, I recommend a sweater in the heat of the summer!

The noise there is terrible, staff talking loudly. The children's section does not have any barriers to keep noise down. No one seems to respect that library's are a place of quiet
