New Ho Toy

Used to be my favorite Chinese spot in boston. It was always good quality. I ordered recently and the beef teriyaki was so chewy and bad quality I didn’t eat it. The chicken chow mein had meat that I don’t even know if it was chicken. The texture was so weird. They do give generous portions and it was delivered hot but I don’t like the quality of the meat now.

One of my favorite American Chinese takeout spots in Boston. I get delivery from them often and the food is always great. The General Tso's Chicken is perfectly crunchy and not too sweet. My only criticism is they don't consider how the food will be when it gets home. For example they cover their sweet and sour chicken in sauce unless you ask for it on the side so the fried chicken is soggy and not enjoyable by the time you get to eat it. I haven't dealt with their customer service like other reviews mention.

Ordered food from here yesterday night we ordered chow mein and all we got was some onions and cabbage no noodles, like are u trying to put me on a diet cus u think im fat or some? The dumplings tasted weird and the soysauce tastes like dishsoap.

First time ordering, will be my last. They gave me fried chicken for chicken wings??? The oil they use it's like hot dog water. So that's what the meat tastes like. New, old I don't care if it's the same manager from Southie. Plus everything was over fried. Sorry for your off day.

Awful sweet and sour chicken… why would your pour sauce all over the dish instead of putting it in a sauce container like a normal dish… it arrived soggy and a mess.
