Just watched a video of two Officer, one a middle management, violate a students 4th Amendment protections. The Chief needs to ensure better training for his personnel. I fear they just put that student through school for free, with the lawsuit he should win.

Literally incompetent. Do nothing about the rampant theft; let cars be broken into incessantly. Charge people based on complaints filed with no witnesses or proof. Adamantly opposed to free speech.
