New York Bagel Co, South End

I cannot express enough what a difference this location is compared to the one on president ave! Location is SUPER clean, girls are super friendly, my boyfriend and I had the pleasure of being helped by kenzie & lexi. They had such awesome attitudes had my boyfriend and I cracking up laughing!!! The food was absolutely delicious! Nice and fresh! I was torn on what to get for coffee and kenzie actually reccomended creme brulee as a flavor & im genuinely happy she did because the coffee was the best! Im so genuinely impressed with this location, its a little further from my house but thats ok ill GLADLY always come back to this location every single time! Great work girls!!!! Keep up the good work! The community needs more customer service employees like this! 10/10

I got the cacoila, egg, & cheese sandwich with a bolo roll. Had lots of flavor and was absolutely delicious! They toasted the roll, so it was nice and warm and hit the spot! The only downside about the whole thing is that it was a little messy to eat because of the crumbs and juice from the meat. The tater tots were nice and crispy too! If I had thought to order an orange juice, it would have made the perfect breakfast/brunch meal! All in all, I really enjoyed it and would happily come here again to try some other menu items.

No complaints. Plenty of seating and parking. Coffee is good as well. Bathrooms are well kept. UPDATE: the restaurant changed to New York Bagel Co. The review was written for Almacs dinner that has since closed shop.

I have to give credit where it is due, Lisa ran this place effortlessly. Amazing customer service and she didn’t miss a beat. She was working alongside newer members (also did great) and she was able to take orders, assist the crew, and make orders without breaking a sweat and still smiling along the way. Major kudos to her! 10/10

I come here quite frequently for coffee, and a sandwich. I used to come in because of the happy and friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately that has changed greatly in the last few weeks. The women who makes the food has absolutely no customer service. With that said the way she talks down to the other employees with customers in the store is completely unnecessary, and inappropriate i can't imagine how she talks to her coworkers without customers in the store. No wonder there is always new faces in this location.
