New York Pizza & Pasta - Collier Blvd

Had such a great experience at New York Pizza & Pasta on Immokalee Rd in Naples! Our waitress Antoinette was AMAZING so friendly and really knew the menu. She recommended the soup, an artichoke salad, and two sandwiches, and everything was incredible. The sandwiches were HUGE and packed with so much flavor. We’ll definitely be back!

Restaurant serves good food. Service is good. I had grilled octopus. It was good but they served it on a plate swimming in oil. Too much oil that’s not needed for the entree. Also, the music is too loud and not appropriate for dining. The atmosphere is like in a bar. Cannot enjoy meals with that kind of music. Asked a wait staff by the podium if they at least can change the music to a calm tune, she said she will get someone to do that. It never happened. Reading past reviews, looks like a lot complained about the LOUD atmosphere and up to my review, NOTHING has changed. Loud music makes diners talk even louder to hear each other and that doesn’t help. We have been in this restaurant many times before. Today was a letdown. I’m a pizza connoisseur and this was the BEST pizza I’ve had in SW Florida! Also, I don’t even like pasta, but the Spicy Rigatoni was AMAZING! Not sure what the dessert was, however, I’d like to find out because that was a deliciously perfect balance of creamy, flaky, and sweet but not too sweet! To top it off, we encountered the friendliest service between Max, Armando and the rest of the crew that made us feel like family. We absolutely love this place. Consistently delicious. Their spicy vodka pasta is SO GOOD. They are also able to accommodate our child’s nut allergy so we are very thankful for that!

Walked in at 3:15pm today. Not greeted by anyone in take out had to flag the guy down making pizza. Pizza maker sends a woman out to finally come to the front and tells me no more slices left. I say ok can I sit down outside and order lunch dine in. She says yes lunch is served until 3:30pm. Another guy comes over to take my order 10 minutes later after I had to flag down a different waiter to place an order. Maybe 5 customers in the restaurant. It’s dead in there. He tells me lunch is over at 3pm and the girl was wrong and that he’s the “general manager”. I say kindly at first to explain that’s great but you should honor your lunch price since I was told you guys serve lunch until 3:30 and I was here before that. It’s not my fault that you’re not on the same page with your employees on lu
