Newburgh Free Library Town Branch

The Newburgh Free Library family is very helpful and concerned about the local community. Heather and Mary Lou are awesome! This location is very convenient as I live very close to the Newburgh mall. Though I do not frequent all of the stores and shops, I make effort to stop by the library for enrichment of the intellect and camaraderie for the soul. It is great to meet others genuinely concerned about helping others. There are plans underway for making this already inviting place even more inviting. Stay tuned!

The Newburgh Free Library is such a wonderful place. The “town branch” is beautiful, organized, and there’s something for everyone.

I took my daughter here for activities all summer long. Now she’s in pre-k and as a stay at home mama I really I miss sharing those memories with her. I am grateful because their library programs really helped her make friends and also prepared her for pre-k.

Very reliable and usually well connected when it comes to the dvd's i can place an order for. My only quip is that they have some unusual opening and closing hours depending on what day it is and this can sometimes be confusing. Overall its worth a look especially if you want to avoid going into the city of Newburgh.

An amazing branch of a phenomenal library. The librarians are always kind, super helpful, and approachable. Great selection of books, movies, and magazines for every reader.
