It was my first time ever ordering food from here and wasn’t sure what to expect but the food is sooo good I devoured my chicken bacon sandwich the yellow sauce is sweet but ties well in with the sub! I’ll have to come here often to try more delicious food and management that greeted me very nice man I was in and out no complaints!

I ordered 2 salads as take out. One with Caesar Dressing and the other with extra artichokes. Got home- no dressing on the first salad, and no artichokes on the other. Mistakes happen, but when I called to verify my order the staff member read off my order as aforementioned. And when I tried to explain that it was not what I received, she was very confused and told me there was nothing she could do about it and then hung up!

Newk's is so underrated. The Pizza was great, maybe the best single serving pizza I have had at a restaurant. The Mac and cheese I expected to be eh, and it came looking flame broiled but once I started eating it I didn't stop until it was gone. I think it is hands down the best at any chain restaurant also. Not only that but I have to speak about being addicted to the Newks Q sandwich now too. Rewards program and the app are clutch. Customer service is excellent. I forgot to redeem my rewards on my last mobile order for my drink and a manager gave me one on the house. Nothing bad I can say

Even with what I would consider “skinny” staff this place was great from the hostess to the server. Food was fresh. Granted the dining area could use a smidge more cleaning, it was towards the end of the day. My 🍤 🥑 🥗 was fresh. And the condiment station has always been solid. Kids fruit was fresh and devoured with their meals as well.

Newks is a great choice if you’re looking for a relatively quick and possibly healthier choice to eat on your lunch break. I’ve been here many times throughout the years since it opened and most of the time my meal is good. The pandemic cause a lot of businesses to take a hit and Newks is no exception. The food is still good, however most customers like myself choose to get their meals to-go. They have opened the restaurant up for indoor dining, but it usually doesn’t get too busy except during lunch hours on business days. We came on a Saturday, so it was quite with a steady stream of people coming in and out. I ordered the black&blue salad, it’s my favorite menu item, it taste delicious and travels well if you’re getting one to go. They also sell it at the to-go counter if you just want
