I had the salmon meal and the spring veggie rolls, my partner had a burger and onion rings and milk shake. My meal was extremely underwhelming. It was flavorless and small portion for the price. The rolls fell apart and were not wrapped tight. The burger was good. The onion rings were good but too but small portions. The milkshake was amazing. Overall I would not return. Spent about $80 for 2 people and left very hungry.

I visited another location of Next Level Burger about a year ago. This time, we tried the Fire Chik'n Burger and the Ghost Pepper Popper Burger with a side of fries. Despite their fiery names, both burgers lacked the spice we expected. However, they still tasted great and were quite filling. The fries were crispy and served hot, which was a plus. The ambiance was simple, just like any fast-food spot, and the place was kept clean. The only downside was the wait time—service was a bit slow since only two staff members were working. Would I return? Maybe—if I’m hungry and unsure what to eat.

I've seldom been in a place that felt more like it was designed by AI. The food and atmosphere aren't *bad* per se, but this establishment most definitely were not designed with humans in mind. There were just issues like the bar stools being too short to comfortably reach up eat off of the bar,or the lack of comma in the sign that says, "Shake It Baby", or the fact that the menu on the television screen changes too fast to an advertisement for their milkshakes. Polite, fast, and attentive employees, though!

Stopped by for late night milkshake and was glad I did! All vegan (non-dairy) shake with a few different flavor choices (oreos/strawberry/peanut butter/etc) and able to choose soy, coconut, or a combo base. The machine was having some issues, but staff was very friendly and was still able to deliver a delicious shake. Free shared parking lot. Bathroom available with code for customers.

One of my go-tos for Meatless Monday (or whatever day of the week I feel like it). Ever since they merged with Veggie Grill they've expanded their menu significantly. The gist is that everything is vegan, including burgers, "chicken", rice bowls, salads, chili, even milkshakes and other desserts. A lot of it is naturally gluten-free too, and they have gluten-free buns for all their burgers. The food is solid for being a bunch of meat substitutes. You gotta come into it with the right mindset and expectations! I love that the new menu includes nutrition info built right in.
