Niagara Falls Public Library

This place has the most amazing architecture ever. It was amazing when I was a kid, and you could roam them mezzanines and the upper floors. So much heartbreaking nostalgia!

All the things that this library offers is awesome you can rent video games,laptops,brand new movies and gardening tools kinda crazy the amount of things they rent !!! I love it ❤️

No designated eating area. They don’t want the public eating in the library but they have their own area for eating not accessible to the public.

I went to the library to use microfiche to look up something in 1978 hoping they would have what I needed, but what I need is copies of articles from the Buffalo News. I really didn't want to have to go to downtown Buffalo to that library. The young girl on staff that was helping me went above and beyond to help me. Not only do I not have to go to the Buffalo library, she called them and found out that they will scan copies of what I need and send them to my email!!! I wish I would have gotten her name so the staff will know how much I appreciated her help.

Staff was very helpful, polite, and courteous to customers and our needs.
