Nick's Burgers

This one hurt. I have probably eaten more burgers from Nick’s than just about any other place. But this is the first time I’ve eaten there since they closed up the inside in 2020. It just didn’t hit, and from what I can tell, it’s just one guy working there (Nick?), so I guess I understand why the standards have slipped. Flat Diet Coke, underdone fries, poorly seasoned burger. Still haven’t gotten the stains out of my car set upholstery. A real shame.

Steak sandwich was delicious. Pastrami was good, zucchini was great!!

Have been here twice in 2 weeks. Delicious burger, as good as In-N-Out. Nice large burger with shredded lettuce, good sized tomato, and American cheese. They serve an ample amount of fries when ordering fries. Great find in Redlands

The service here has always been good, I've come here for decades. Friendly people, always trying to hustle the food out to you. But honestly the changes in their purchasing are what have motivated me to write this review in hopes that they go back to the old products. When they changed the chicken strips years ago, I could adjust, the quality and flavor of the meat wasn't as good and they were much smaller. But it wasn't a horrific change. But now the fries have a bizarre taste and texture, the old fries were flavorful and simple. Even the sliced cheese seems like it's different, it's more plasticky as it cools and tastes really salty, even for American cheese. I hope they keep making their ranch in-house and keep the fried zucchini as is, because right now that's what I'm hanging onto.

I love this place. Food is great and my favorite the mushrooms are always fresh. Owner always has a big smile on his face! Great customer service!
