Nicos Taco Shop

The only mainstay for me at Nicos is the Hortacha, and the Churros and an occasional bean & cheese burrito, that's it! Their food quality has really declined over the past few years. And of course for much higher prices, no longer worth it to me. And the last time we got the bean & cheese burritos, when they got ridiculously messy, so they're slowly, but surely losing us as customers, the quality of the food is just no longer there.

Decent Mexican food at decent prices. Not fine dining, by any means, but one of very few quick food spots for a quick bite to eat in the area. It can get busy around lunchtime on the weekends with the RV and motorsport crowd.

Small and very informal setting, just the way we like it. My wife and I split the burrito platter, and it was plenty for the both of us. Quite tasty, I must say. The large, bottled coke for 2.00 was a good buy as well! Right off Ajo Highway, parking was sufficient. I'd have to say our lunch stop was excellent! 👍👍

Best Nico’s in Tucson. Consistently fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Generous portions, fast service, and a clean, well-run kitchen. You can tell they take pride in what they do. This is the Nico’s to hit.

Finally decided to stop here and glad I did! Ordered the supreme quesadilla and best believe it was supreme. Definitely was happy with the food and one of the best quesadillas I've had from a drive thru. I ate half and saved the other half because you get that much, really worth the money. Oh...and the French fries are 🔥🔥🔥
