Night Swan Intracoastal Bed and Breakfast

We met some friends at New Smyrna Beach and stayed at the Night Swan Intracoastal Bed and Breakfast. We found this wonderful inn a few years back and stay there each time we head to the beach. The hosts, Dave and Natalie, are great hosts and exhibit excellent hospitality. We recommend any room, which we have stayed in most! The breakfast is always a great experience! The hosts are always gracious each time we come to visit. Highly recommend this B&B!!

Stayed at their dock on our boat. The entire experience was Great. From the dock to the bed-and-breakfast inside, everything looked great. Breakfast was home-cooked and delicious . And location was perfect for a walk into town and a large selection of excellent restaurants. Will definitely return, not sure if by boat or by car! Thanks.

I believe this was our 5th year in a row to visit Night Swan. My wife and I decided after our first visit celebrating our anniversary, to make this an annual ritual. The Night Swan is beautifully restored to an original-like condition giving a sense of what it may have been like to actually live there generations ago. David and Natalie are the most kind, generous, likable hosts you will ever meet and have done an exceptional job of creating an atmosphere of peace and serenity which we look forward to with every visit. Its location looks out over the Intercostal Waterway with its spectacular sunrise views and a variety of sail boats meandering by, making our visit that much more relaxing and serene. My husband and I met some friends at the Night Swan and spent two nights in October. The owners/hosts couldn't have been more hospitable!! The breakfasts were varied and delicious 😋 The rooms were fantastic, right on the water, comfortable and extremely clean. I would highly recommend Night Swan B and B if you are in the New Smyrna Beach area!!

If you’re looking for an inn in paradise, this is it! Perfectly located on blue waters, you can watch birds, boats and clouds float right by. The room is comfortable and equipped with all the necessities for lounging and sleeping. Breakfast is served in the main house, or front porch if you bring a pet, and is delicious and plentiful. And the hosts could not be more accommodating.
