We were just walking around trying South East Asian food. We decided to try Niki Echo which is Indonesian. The decor is very cute, very pastel. Indo songs are playing in the background. We good some toast, chicken leg dish, matcha and happy soda. Everything was tremendous. I was told their fish is the one to try, next time I will. Everyone that worked there was pleasant, and upbeat. The food is authentic, and flavorful. Everything was cooked properly. The prices were affordable. It's a

The food is so good and the price is great! I love penyet and a friend said the food here reminds them of home back in Indonesia. The fried fish ikan penyet and fried duck bebek penyet were fried until crispy that some of the bones became edible and crunchy, while the meat was still juicy inside. The coconut rice was fragrant and the sambal was flavorful and spicy! I’m going to stick with spicy level and leave the super spicy level to the pros. I would definitely revisit again! Thank you for this gem of a cafe.

You come here for the chili sauce. Service is top notch. The stink bean chili is the thing to get.

I came from far away after seeing the great reviews, but I was quite disappointed. The beef ribs I ordered were served cold, the hand-drying tissues in the restroom were not available, and the service felt inconsistent—I wasn’t asked about the level of spiciness for the sambal even though I prefer spicy food. The other dishes were good when served hot. I hope the quality of food preparation and service can be improved. Thank you.
