Nikola's

As a long time customer, disappointed can't even begin to describe how I feel about Nikola's. The audacity to allow day old, dried out, reheated food to go out to customers is asinine. Then when the customer brings it to your attention, the solution is to have the customer bring it back in order to get a new one or a refund (anytime). How about not serve inadequate food in the first place. That's a thought. You can look at the these pictures and see the completely dried out, darkened potato skins. And the several layers of cheese just fell off. Its awful....needless to say and unfortunately, I won't be returning to Nikola's anytime soon if this is how they treat their customers.

Took mom for lunch. So much food we probably could have shared . Delicious. Dined in. Excellent waitress.

Our server Michelle was so kind and welcoming. I got the BBQ ribs, chicken, and shrimp ($20.00). My friend got the BBQ half chicken ($16.00). The Mac n cheese was so good! He also liked the potato salad and coleslaw. They give a huge piece of Texas toast and it’s perfect. I really loved the ribs best. I’d definitely be back and recommend it. It’s great food and very reasonably priced!! Definitely have leftovers for tomorrow!

So today we came to Nikola's for dinner to celebrate a friend's birthday. The food was delicious and our waitress Anna was great!! The greeter at the door Yolanda Haynes, said they will seat us as soon as all 5 of us were there. 4 of us were already there, so Yolanda Haynes takes us back, to the lobby to wait when she notices it was just us 4. She says: you have to wait until everyone is here to be seated. Half us us were there, our other friend was running late. I called her and she told me to go ahead and let them seat us, cause she didn't know how long she was going to be before she got there. The waitress Anna ( who again was great), said that's ok, they can go ahead and sit, Yolanda says no, they can't be seated until all 5 of them are here, because this is our rush time. Rush time??

The drinks were amazing — not just good, but the kind you immediately want to order a second of. Everything was balanced, flavorful, and actually strong enough to matter. And the food portions? Huge. Nobody at our table left hungry, that’s for sure. Every plate that came out looked generous and well put together. It’s always such a win when you feel like you’re getting real value for what you’re paying. The vibe made it easy to relax and hang out for a while, which is exactly what you want when you’re out with a group. Great drinks, big portions, good energy — we’ll definitely be back with the crew again.
