It's definitely a cute spot and the vibe makes sense given the name "No Sabo" -- a little gentrified, but that's kinda the whole point. The concherias were good overall, but my only real complaint is that they should warm them up, since they were all cold, which took away from the flavor a bit. We tried the Oreo concha, Spam n cheese croissant, cajeta concha, al pastor concha, and mazapán chocolate concha -- all creative and tasty. For drinks, I got the Oaxaca mocha and the pumpkin horchata -- both were good, just super concentrated with caffeine. I also tried the chorizo taco and bacon taco -- both flavorful, but honestly could be a bit bigger for the price. The staff was really nice and accommodating, which made the experience even better. I also love that on the menu they include staff

Chorizo, egg, cheese and tater tot breakfast taco was great. The salsa was tasty. Traditional vanilla concha was extremely good--soft yet airy and freshly baked. Frosting not too crumbly. Horchata latte with foam was delicious, but I didn't know it would be a cold drink. Now I see the menu says all coffee drinks are iced only. Cafe de olla cold brew was the only non-sweet option. I wished for more plain options and smaller than 22 oz. drink options like a cortado with no added flavors. Lovers of sweet coffee drinks are going to be in heaven here. I also wished for WiFi bc I brought my laptop. Staff were super friendly and helpful and said they would relay my hopes for WiFi to management. Buzzy, comfortable dining room with lots of individual and group tables. I live nearby so if I could wo

So cute, eating area is really nice! We got offered a free sample and each got a little mexican cheesecake, which where delicious. Couldn't find the official name of the desert on their menu anywhere. Similar to strawberry shortcake, it was refreshing and rich without being too dense. The bottom and outside was crust, with a generous layer of cheesecake inside with a great frosting ratio on top. They seemed super nice and had a bunch of other pastries that look great, we will definitely be coming back!

First time checking this place out. Super clean and spacious. The food is REALLY good...the pandering is amazing. A bit pricey, but worth what you pay. The conchas are all FIRE. I would definitely recommend and will be back. Staff is kind and helpful. Happy to welcome them to Downtown Sac.

My husband and I went to the soft opening and had a great time! Vibes were great, as it felt kind of like a food hall and I was excited for that because I love the communal feel, and we need more of these in Sac! Very family friendly, but also a perfect spot to get some bites after a night out 😉 We ordered the jalapeño cream cheese bolillo, numero uno and so rico chorizo (breakfast tacos) with the drunken tortilla house sauce and it was filling and enough for the two of us. We didn’t get many pictures because we were enjoying the food! Also ordered Oaxacan mocha and dulce de leche latte and they were both so good, although I really loved the oaxacan mocha — a must order! Can’t wait to come back and try the other breakfast tacos and menu items!
