We had a wonderful time at Noah’s! Everything we ordered was exceptional. All staff that interacted with us were very friendly and kind. Staff talked us though all food options. Drinks were incredible especially "One Dog Goes One Way" and "Tutte Due". Highly recommend the fried spaghetti and chicken parm! All around great environment and great people. Can’t wait to come back

So good! Highly recommend. Cannot wait to go back… we got fried mom’s spaghetti, lobster bruschetta, veal Marsala, and bolognese… each dish was delicious. Beautiful presentation. The service was great and so was the atmosphere. Excited about this new spot!!! We also got the crème brûlée cheesecake which was incredible & the tiramisu !!

The food is excellent. Chef Noah has clearly made a name and reputation for himself. This restaurant is his namesake and his family heritage and I have a hard time providing a public review including any criticism at all due to this fact. Regardless of any of the criticisms/critiques in this review, this is going to be a staple restaurant in Saratoga Springs. Due to booked out reservations and the hype we booked a reservation in January to celebrate my birthday in March. The reservation specifically asked if it was a special occasion (I feel like it wouldn’t have mattered if I filled this part out or not). 1. It’s not clear that you’re supposed to go to the other hostess upstairs if you have a reservation to check in. 2. When we checked in (upstairs) we were seated right away, but waite

Noah’s delivered an outstanding Italian dining experience from start to finish. Every dish was executed beautifully, but the standouts truly impressed. The fried spaghetti was creative, crispy, and packed with flavor, an instant favorite. The lobster arancini were rich and indulgent, with perfectly cooked lobster and a creamy interior. The entrées took things to another level. The Chilean Sea Bass was cooked to perfection; silky, flaky, and incredibly fresh, while the seafood scampi was loaded with tender seafood in a perfectly balanced, garlicky sauce. Dessert was the perfect finale. The crème brûlée cheesecake was absolutely superb, blending creamy cheesecake with that classic caramelized top for a flawless finish.

I had an amazing time at Noah’s, every dish my parents and I ordered was exceptional. Brandon, our server was so nice and made our experience super fun. All staff that interacted with us were very friendly and kind. Highly recommend the fried spaghetti! Can’t wait to come back.
