Noobai Restaurant and Lounge

Went here in July on a road trip. Such an inviting place with great food. This was my first time trying Cape Verdean food and it did not disappoint! I was recommended the cachupa, Cape Verde’s national dish, and it was so good. If I remember correctly, I believe it’s a stew made from hominy, tomatoes, and other vegetables, served with linguiça (sausage), and fried eggs. If you’re from Providence or even Boston, I’d absolutely recommend making the drive into Pawtucket to expand your palate and have some great food. 10/10 would recommend!

Moobai Restaurant Great vibe and atmosphere. Proud to see our Cabo Verde culture represented so beautifully. The food was delicious, the music set the perfect mood, and the overall environment was very relaxing. Everything felt welcoming and authentic. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this place to others. Will be coming back again.

I've ate here 2x and the food was spoiled. Both times I had fish my. Tje party I was with some of those meals were also. I also know many people who has experienced the same thing. Very disappointing. Unfortunately I will not dine nor recommend the place for eating. The staff was friendly. I appreciated the live music and ambience. Drinks were decent and reasonably priced. However I would not dine there again. I hate that I have to post this, but my recent experience was awful.

One of the best Cape Verdean cuisine spots in town! Great ambiance, flavorful dishes, and top-notch service. The grilled Octopus is a must-try, the wine list is excellent, and the live music adds to the charm. Perfect for a cozy night out!

This was a last minute decision, and I'm happy we made it. We just had a few drinks and fried eel; the eel and drinks were very good, and at a reasonable price. The entertainment was excellent, I'll definitely come here again.
