Stopped by Noodle Time for a quick lunch and it didn't disappoint. The pho broth was incredibly flavorful and arrived piping hot exactly what I needed. The spring rolls were fresh and crunchy. Great service and even better food. Definitely a Santa Cruz gem!

Very good! Awesome taste. I ordered rare eye round steak & well-done brisket pho. Pretty much meat in the pho, which is satisfying and surprising. My boyfriend ordered braised short rib noodle soup, also tasted delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant 💯

We got the hot and sour soup and teriyaki chicken pho. Very generous portions, delicious, flavorful and reasonably priced. I liked the self served kisko to order.

House-made noodles were SO good, and they give you a lot! Broth was delicious as well. We also got jasmine tea, that was nice too. Staff was super nice and everything was reasonable priced. So happy to have a solid Asian restaurant in town.

We orderd take out from beyond menu and the food was ready in 10 minutes which was nice. We ordered the wings and they were good, tasted like fivespice and were moist but they were on the smaller side and weren't crisp. We also ordered the salt pepper chicken which was also good it was juicy and flavorful, had an intresting breading. The chow mein was really good it was tasty and had an great chew with an generous amount of meat would highly recommend. And the pho is good, with a good amount of bean sprouts, basil, cilantro ... the broth is alright it's the second best I've had in town but it was lacking spices and had a weaker flavor then asian expresses pho. They also accidentally gave us 2 phos instead of 1 ramen 1 pho but the service was amazing, we didn't realize until we got home and
