Noodles and Company

I really enjoyed Noodles & Company. They have a wide variety of options on the menu, and the flavor and temperature of the dishes were perfect. The place is spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I've been here a few times to pick up some takeout. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are friendly. Always check your take out items before you leave the store though. I didn't do this the last time and one of our meals was the completely wrong item.

I ordered an online order for delivery. The Door Dash person decided to take the order and not deliver it. When I called the driver and asked, he hung up on me. I called the Noodles & Company store and spoke with a newer employee. Since I was close to the store, they remade my order, and she delivered it personally within 15 minutes of the call! You could not ask for better customer service than that!! The food was hot and delicious. I would order pick up instead. I have been burned by Door Dash multiple times. (Yes, the store filed a complaint)

Ordered through Uber Eats and I am disturbed at how easy it was for Noodles and Company's Incompetent worker to put this very burned chicken on top of my noodles. Posted a pic for the world to see- and posting on social media as well! You cannot burn Parmesan chicken and not see it! Whoever did this should be fired!!! Wonder if they would eat it! This is not what I paid for! Will never eat or order from here again!

Directly handed the wrong order, we didn't realize until we got home. Turned around to get the correct order, by that time the food was cold and the salad was wilted and ruined. Contacted manager to see if we could be credited for the food since this was not our mistake. He replied once and then ghosted my emails. Poor experience and even poorer customer service after the fact.
