Noodles and Company

Store empty. Now I understand why! Dried up Mac n cheese was horrible! EDIT: Stopped at the location and I was assured by the GM that the day I stopped in was an “off” day. He spoke to me genuinely listening to and addressing my concerns and refunding my $. Makes me want to give them a 2nd Try!

The food was ok BUT the server did not take my order correctly! I asked for a duo combo of Cajun shrimp bowl and garden salad. I expected the price to be the same as online, which is $10.5. However, the server did not add it as a combo but separate orders and charged me $15.5 which is much more than what the combo is supposed to be. My friend ordered before me, and after serving my meal, asked what my friend ordered. They clearly did not take customers orders seriously. There were no other people in line before or after us. How is it possible not to know. Probably last time here.

Free off street parking lot. Order food at counter. Fast friendly wait staff provided printed menu (in addition to large board behind counter). Large seating area. Many tables & booths. Food rapidly delivered to table. Good quality, good taste, good value. I enjoyed the seasonal special of steak stroganoff.

I wish I could say Noodles is back but they aren’t quite there yet. I was deeply disappointed when they moved to flimsy plastic takeout bowls for dine-in and was excited to return now that they have gone back to using real plates. Unfortunately they are still using plastic takeout containers for kids meals. If you wouldn’t serve adults on a takeout container for dine-in why would you use them to serve children? Additionally the “upgrade” to the penne rosa was disappointing and the rigatoni cools too easily. Also, part of my Parmesan crusted chicken was rubbery. I plan to give the rigatoni another try as well as the Parmesan crusted chicken. The bbq Mac was excellent and the pork was good.

I am extremely unhappy with the service I got tonight. I pulled up to the pick up window, I told the lady my name literally three times, I spelled it for her every single time. She gave me someone else’s food and I said “no that’s not my food.” She didn’t even bother to look for my order in the computer. She just kept saying that they didn’t have it. So I finally literally gave her my phone to show her the order, the order number, and it had my name on it. And she yet again ask my name for now a fourth time.then she says “It’s supposed to be for 9 o’clock” . I showed up at 8:52 and I would’ve said to her if she bothered to let me speak: “I know that I’m early, I will just wait for it” (which is what I normally do, because I was leaving work and it’s hard to gauge what traffic will be like,
