Noodles and Company

It’s 41 outside and they have the air conditioner on full blast like it’s 90 outside. It’s freezing in the restaurant. I ordered food to eat at the restaurant and wanted to change my mind immediately because I was freezing. The workers are also talking about their personal lives loudly so I can hear everything. So unprofessional. The food was delicious even though I had to eat fast so it wouldn’t get cold too quickly.

I visited this fast food restaurant for the first time last week, and it was such a pleasant surprise. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who directed me to the counter and took my order. The menu had a great selection, from burgers to wraps to salads, and I appreciate that they have a variety of healthier options for those who want something lighter. I went for their classic cheeseburger, and it did not disappoint. The beef patty was cooked perfectly, and the combination of fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and special sauce was amazing. I always order from here, never had any issues until today. I don’t eat pork due to religious reasons however I ordered a regular Mac and cheese with chicken. There was bacon in it. When I called to see what they could do, they asked why it was an issue and why I can’t just eat it with bacon. TERRIBLE service

The noodles were good and the place clean. Is it just me, or are there other people who think prices are way too high? Tipping? Who tips at a fast food spot?
