Noodles and Company

Went for dinner. They were busy with walk ins and online orders but the wait for food was timely. The employees were nice and they checked after we received our food to make sure everything was okay. I got the Cajun shrimp and it tasted good but the noodles were slightly overcooked. It had a spicy indicator on the menu but it wasn't spicy at all. Would visit again.

First time eating there. The food was really good and we'll definitely be coming back. I had the Lemon Garlic Shrimp, the sauce was soo good on the garlic bread. Next time I'm trying the Chicken Parm or Garlic Tortilini. Wife had the Spicy Garlic Ramen. Unfortunately they were out of Ramen so she substituted it for elbows. She still loved but thought would be better if they had the noodles. My son had the Chicken Bacon Alfredo. I tried it. It's was good but the bacon was a bit much for me. They had Mac & Cheese and Spaghetti for the lils.

The food at Noodles was absolutely delicious, but the service is what really sealed the deal for us. The woman who gave us our meal was friendly and welcoming, which always starts things off right. We did have a small issue with our Caesar salad, and honestly, this is where the experience went from “good” to “wow.” One of the employees stepped in and handled it perfectly. She replaced it without hesitation, without attitude, and without making me feel like I was auditioning for “Most Picky Customer of the Year.” The way she handled the situation was better than any similar experience I’ve had anywhere else. Calm, kind, and genuinely caring. Mistakes happen, but great service like that sticks with you. We truly appreciated it and we’ll absolutely be back.

Pasta so over cooked it was soggy. Ordered the pesto creamy chicken. Wanted the zucchini the have mentioned online but wasn’t on menu to swap out. Had 4 small chewy pieces of grilled chicken in it. The side salad was nice however arrived hot

I have gotten door dash from this location for about a year now. Everything was really good for the first 10 months, however the last 4 orders I have been unable to finish the meal. First I figured it was a fluke, I tried giving it a second chance, on the third I figured it was the meal or something so I switched it up, but no difference. Finally I figured ok maybe it’s how long it takes the food to get to me, nope. I picked up my food and I wouldn’t feed this to my dogs. It’s awful. The flavors are terrible. The noodles are over or under cooked. It’s just disappointing because everyone’s really nice and they are great at quick service. But if your food sucks, does it matter how nice the staff are?
