Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

In the midst of the holiday rush we had a delightful experience at the KoP Nordstrom Ebar. The line was long. Clearly this is a popular place. The people in line were in a good mood. We found out why. The staff greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service -"grace under pressure. King of Prussia's Nordstrom Ebar's staff is a treasure. Keep up the good work.

While the Nordstrom ebar is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat and artisan drink, the 3rd floor cafe has a similar menu with a takeout option. It is just as efficient as the first floor ebar so long as you are an able person. If, upon approaching the ebar, it appears they are overwhelmed, I recommend the short trip up the escalators to the cafe. When I ordered my fruit smoothie at the ebar a couple of days ago, the employee at the register told me that they didn't have the ingredients. Just then, a second employee emerged and said he could "put together" the smoothie for me and disappeared behind the door. I questioned the first employee on the seemingly disparate information and wondered what was going to be "put together" if they didn't have the ingredients for my order. Fro

This location is my favorite place to start my day. The baristas are friendly and kind, and quickly get to know the regulars and the cold brew never disappoints ! Whether it's just me getting a quick breakfast and coffee or bringing my kids for their favorite snacks, it's always a great experience.

Terrible experience with an old lady barista!! Asked for my cookie to be warmed up and she completely got an attitude and said “you should have already asked that when you ordered” Like excuse me for wanting a warm cookie that I PAID FOR!! This was the worst experience ever and the manager just watched the associate be rude to me in front of all the other customers. Totally unacceptable and I don’t recommend this spot if you want to enjoy a pleasant snack. Try Gregory’s Coffee instead!!!!!!!

I really enjoy this cafe! The staff is friendly and speedy with their work. I’m not always sure what to order and they always give me good recommendations to try out and I’ve never been disappointed. I've slowly built a little cafe family here at E-Bar.
