Northvale Public Library

This is a small library that is nice to go to, if you have to waste some time when your in the area but the staff can be a hit or miss when it comes to friendliness and being willing to help. Moreover, the place can be loud since it appears they only have one floor on this library despite the building looking huge from outside and they have very loud tutoring sessions on the only side which has plugs for your electronics which is very distracting when your trying to focus on reading and there is someone shouting their tutoring sessions. Moreover, there is only one bathroom for both staff and patrons so I would recommend to using the bathroom before you get there or use the bathroom early when your arrive so you won't be struck trying to hold it in, while a staff member is in the bathroom w

Having moved to town when the library was not in operation, it is a welcome change now that my children are of school age and can take full advantage of all its services. They have a good selection in the children's section (many new books!) enough to keep them busy during their summer break.

My children and I always have a great experience at the Northvale Public Library. They have a wonderful children's section with a big selection of age appropriate books and many weekly kid activities. The staff is always very helpful and if they don't carry a certain book they will order it from another library for you.

Its great to do Homework and play games on the computer but the problem is Diana was at the front desk one day and i put my books to return and left i came back the next day and there was someone different i told them to check if my card had any books out and she stated all of my books i went crazy and started to look for them all over the library please help me and make sure she does her job right please.
