Northwest Bagels

Two weeks ago, I was talking to a coworker about how we didnt know, or have a go-to bagel shop. Now, problem solved! I absolutely love bagels, and Northwest Bagels is now my go to spot. This new location in downtown Salem is great. The location allows for a lot of parking, and there is a very welcoming vibe to it. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. And they're adding a gorgeous PNW painting to the interior that fits the vibe perfectly. I ordered a Sea Salt bagel and love it. I would absolutely recommend this spot for those looking for delicious baked goods, or a place to go and work. I did not order a coffee or tea, but, with the bagels as good as they are. I have no doubt their drinks are top tier as well.

The best bagel and cream cheese! We also tried the thick bacon breakfast sammy, delish. Then just as we were getting ready to leave they put out fresh from the oven cookies which were very, very very good. Run, don’t walk.

Visiting from the East Coast, stopped by to try their bagels and refresher. I was so impressed!!!! The bagel came out steaming and pillowy soft. And the refresher was honestly the best iced tea I’ve ever had. I’m planning on making sure I stop by again before I fly out.

Our office had bagels from here bright in for a meeting and they were fantastic, everyone talked about how good they are. We got lox and sides (tomatoes, dill, capers and onions) and three types of cream cheese and it was a feast.

Holy phenomenal Batman!! I moved to Salem Oregon from NY seven years ago. I haven’t had a decent bagel since we left. But boy did that change today. I had the best bagel I’ve ever had in my life in this place. My daughter and I ordered breakfast special, lox with cream cheese on an everything bagel. It came with capers and fresh sprigs of dill. The lox was some of the best I’ve ever had. The bagel was perfect . We will be back! My twenty year old daughter was more excited than I was and ordered a dozen to go!! Very reasonably priced, adorable atmosphere and fantastic staff!
