Norwin Messenger Service

I went in to have a service provided based on the state form telling me to go to a messenger service. The lady told me they don’t do that and told me to go somewhere else. They absolutely do provide that service. She just did not want to spend 2 minutes to provide the service. Now I have to leave work early since the alternative is only Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00. Thanks for nothing.

My brother and I visited Denise on 6/9/25 to transfer a title and get plates for a vehicle. Denise was the most efficient, friendly and helpful person. We were able to complete our transaction within 15 minutes! It was absolutely the best experience. I realize that using a card costs roughly 4% more, but for me the convenience far outweighs the couple bucks it cost me. I would highly recommend them.

I want to give a big thank you to the staff at Norwin Messenger. They are not only very knowledgeable but are extremely helpful and friendly people! They went above and beyond to help me with my situation and provided personal attention and guidance. I definitely recommend them for any vehicle notary services you need!

I read through all of the bad reviews and if everyone is just going to complain that they waited more than 10 minutes (these things take time) and that you have to pull out your check book instead of conveniently pulling out a credit card, you all need to relax and look at the big picture! My daughter in law and I went last Friday to transfer a vehicle title and the process could not have gone smoother. The young lady that helped us was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I have gone here many times before and thought maybe something had changed, but it was a good experience as always!

I don’t know what all these people are talking about in these horrible reviews. I recently sold a car so I had to call and ask a couple questions and everyone was super nice and then I met the buyer there to do the transfer and everybody was super nice so not sure what was happening a few years ago, but this place is super easy to do business with. Keep in mind you do need to bring a checkbook or cash but I don’t see that as a big deal.
