Nosu Ramen

So Yummy! Or first time here and we enjoyed. Staff and owner so friendly! We sat at the bar and enjoyed the food and conversation with the bartender! We will certainly be back!

Between the drinks and small bites to the ramen bowls, everything very enjoyable 🍜 They had daily specials and it sounded like some of the menu items were from the farmers market. Our server was incredibly friendly and accommodating to our group. Would like to come back here again!

Absolutely delicious spicy chicken ramen 🍜 Rich, flavorful broth with tender chicken, mushrooms and noodles cooked just right. Everything is well-balanced One thing to note: if you’re expecting real heat, this one is actually quite mild, not spicy at all. Still really tasty though.

I want to start by saying the staff was very friendly and the services was quick, but this place was okay at best. If you are looking for a classic ramen shop this is not the place. The tonkotsu had bbq sauce on it, the both was thin and lacking in flavor, and the noodle portions were very light. My group had several apps and the flavors were not traditional. I belive they were trying to put a twist on classics but the did not hit the mark. The greatest offender was the sirfry, its sauce tasted like it was store bought. Save yourself some time and money by avoiding this place.

This is probably the best ramen I've had in Colorado so far (although that is always subject to change). Though I think their pork broth is different from traditional tonkatsu, it's very good and does deserve its own spot on the menu. The cocktails were well thought out. We had the lychee martini and the sesame old fashioned. The lychee was very tart for those who like that and the sesame old fashioned had a unique sesame taste (duh). Place was packed on a Friday. I could see it holding a crowd on a Monday or Tuesday as well.
