Not Just Bagels

After repeating my order 3 times, the lady taking my order didn't write it down and still didn't get my order correct. I didn't really enjoy my meal, to be honest. Spoiled milk was left out for coffee and tea, no substitutions as in almond milk ect.

I’ve been to this place a few times because it’s on my way to work so it’s convenient. There’s this one woman that every time I go in there she gives me nasty looks and she over charges me every time she takes care of me. one day I bought a platter of home fries and bacon Another Woman charged me 4.75. The next day I go in and the lady that doesn’t like me takes care of me and for a platter of home fries, bacon, and one fried egg. She charged me $12. I asked him how much they charge for one fried egg she said $6.25. That is ridiculous. I know the egg prices went up but almost 7 dollars for one fried egg that’s ridiculous.

Had a few run ins with this place…the first was about a year back. 1. I was meeting a friend there and when I arrived he had already ordered and I walked in with a Poland Spring water bottle. My friend got his food and we began to walk out. Soon as we made steps towards the door, everyone behind the counter started screaming that I need to pay for the water I walked in with! As the place was full, it was thoroughly embarrassing. 2. Next time I walked in there there was two people ahead of me and about 3-4 people working. They took the two orders and I literally stood there for 10-15 minutes before someone acknowledged that I was there. Food was good though. 3. This place sold me a veggie tuna on a cinnamon raisin bagel. 1)it was $7, too expensive 2) did not taste good 3) Today was Wednesday, special of the day was $0.65 cent bagels. Why was I charged $7 for a 65 cent bagel and tuna that didn't taste good 🤔. NOT going back

The food and bagels are great but the two woman who work the counter are incompetent. It’s near impossible to get your order correct and when you bring it to their attention you get out at the back of line . Waiting over 30min for BEC is unreal.
