Nuodle

We dropped in for lunch today and it definitely lived up to its ratings. Had been eager to try out XinJiang food for a while and the food was excellent. Absolutely loved the lamb on noodles and the lamb buns. The skewers were good too. The chicken with Nan was good too but the star was definitely the lamb on noodles. Would love to visit again to try out more dishes

Very very delicious and amazing!! Will be coming back for sure. The moment I walked in I was taken away by the delicious smell of the food and when our food came they were top notch and exceeded our expectations! They are also 100% halal so that was another thing which we loved! Definitely worth trying definitely worth it!

Really great Xinjiang food! The naan bread comes out hot and crispy, with juicy, flavorful lamb inside. The handmade noodles are also tasty with a nice chewy texture. And definitely try their homemade yogurt, so good!

If you like lamb, this is a the place to try. The noddles are cooked to perfection, the lamb is roasted and seasoned well and the yogurt made in house?! Yeah, amazing but don’t forget to bring your lactaid tabs if you need them. Who am I kidding?!? It’s so good, you’ll forget you’re lactose intolerant! But seriously, bring those tabs, it’ll be a better experience overall.

Located at the Range 99 plaza, so happy finally there’s a Chinese northwestern style restaurant in the Seattle area. We had lamb rice (手抓飯), lamb skewers, and lamb soups. All are delicious - will be back again!
