Amazing service. It took 2 hours total but the place was very efficient, with friendly kind staff. I was blown away with the level of sexual healthcare you can get at 12+ age regardless of financial situations.

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience with Evette Phanor. Communication was terrible, responses were slow or nonexistent, and I constantly felt ignored. There was zero accountability and no real effort to resolve my issue. Time was wasted, promises were broken, and the service was far below any reasonable standard. I would strongly advise others to stay away and look for someone who actually cares about their clients.

Service is outdated. Test results can only be received in person and will not assist you more than they need to. Extremely inefficient.

Dr. Lee and the staff here are pretty nice. Be patient because there are many people waiting but you'll receive a good service. There are chargers for your phone for free. :D
