Oakley's Wood-Fired Pizza & Grill

Heard about this place while staying at an airbnb and decided to check it out. The staff were all incredibly hospitable. Special shout outs to the owner Vinny & his wife Ali. Hope was a fantastic bartender. They were super chill and made for great conversation. The Oakley special pizza was delicious (especially with hot honey added on). Parking is tricky since there are only about a dozen spots in front of the restaurant, but many park along the main road. I can see why this spot holds such a special place in the hearts of the locals. Keep up the great work guys!

Delicious white pizza- with garlic and pesto! We are regular customers, but have not been back since the new owners took over & did some interior renovation. Pleased to report that the food was (still) delicious, and the atmosphere is still relaxing- just more natural light and lighter color natural wood paneling instead of honey-colored.

Great local place, The pizza is fresh and delicious. It is a must. Plenty of drinks and a wonderful local vibe. Kids welcome. I'll be back.

Disappointing Experience Despite a Few Highlights I came in to try the wood-fired pizzas and ended up ordering more than planned. I started with the Margherita pizza, expecting a classic combo of tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and basil. Being from Long Island, I found it strange that they used raw tomato slices on top as if I ordered a pizza with tomato as a topping. While the crust was nicely done, the rest of the pizza was bland and didn’t suit my taste. On the bright side, the boneless buffalo wings were a hit—perfectly spicy and paired really well with the bleu cheese sauce. The shrimp tempura was also great: light, crispy, and flavorful. between the live music on weekends, and the lovely staff and atmosphere, oakleys has been my go to all summer long ! the new owners are so lovely, very hands on in the restaurant as well! my sons favorite is the pepperoni pizza, my go to is a classic chicken caesar salad or the chicken marsala. this past weekend, I tried the filet mignon and omg it was so good!!!! i’ve never had a bad meal from here and with the updated dining space and vibe, i’m really looking forward to continue our weekend traditions up to oakleys !!
