O'Bagel

It’s a cute bagel shop. There are many possible combinations and they offer some specialty ones on the board. I didn’t get anything fancy. We got the BEC. The bagels are made in site and they are fresh and not hard. A key to being able to eat such a thick sandwich. My coffee was delicious too. The place was clean and not that packed for a Saturday morning.

To be fair, I can’t comment on the service or atmosphere because I ordered through Uber eats . I didn’t really enjoy the Buffy sandwich or the sauce that came with the tater tots. The sandwich itself was a cold spicy buffalo chicken salad (I think, there was no explanation on Uber) with bacon, tomato (which they forgot) lettuce, and cheese on top. I’m not sure if it was the combination that didn’t work, but even after heating it up, it still didn’t taste good. The chicken salad had an unpleasant flavor, the bacon tasted old rather than fresh, and the bagel itself wasn’t good either. Sorry.

Fresh bagels, great food, excellent staff. Its my favorite go to place when in the area... friendly staff, great atmosphere and lits og ived coffee lol... close to public transportation and right off the bus line.

Great food on a busy opening day! This place has a lot of tasty unique bagel options along with your classic bagel options as well. I got the bee sting bagel with chive cream cheese, egg, cheese, bacon and honey. Delicious! Easy ordering at two self serve kiosks at the front and one manned register. Wait was a few mins as you’d expect on opening day with lines out the door, but staff kept everything moving along and food was well worth it. Inside is super cute with lots of places to sit if you dine in. Welcome to the neighborhood, O’Bagel! We’re happy to have you!

Absolutely fantastic experience here at O’Bagel Montclair. I cannot rave enough about this place, the bagels were fantastic and the coffee was the perfect beverage. Will definitely be coming back.
