Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy Store

Five stars all the way. Their ice cream is always the best around. Crystal and Lisa are rockstars, handling huge crowds with smiles on their faces. The only downside has nothing to do with them. Corporate should consider giving them and their team more help because they’re often serving 50 customers at once. They deserve the support. Still, the quality and service keep us coming back every time.

Awesome places to visit and enjoy ice cream

just went to go get some ice cream with my husband for valentines day. there were NOT enough workers for how busy it was. the ice cream was good and the workers were doing they best they could with the crowds, but other customers were getting mad at having to wait in line and taking it out on the workers when it was NOT their fault. store needs to put more people on the schedule because there are too many customers and these workers are being treated unfairly when they don't deserve it

Delightful. The staff is always friendly. The flavors are almost all delightful. To each their own. I wasn’t a fan of the Lemon Blackberry sorbet. Crystal was so nice. Even though I’m far, over an hour away I always love coming to this location over others.

This ice cream shop is great. The flavors are rich, creative, and clearly made with top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff made the visit even better with their kindness and attention to detail. Major compliments to the manager—you can tell there's strong leadership behind the scenes. Everything ran smoothly, and the whole place had a welcoming, well-organized feel. It’s rare to find a spot that nails both the product and the service. I’ll absolutely be back!
