OC Lobster Pot

My husband and I had the Lobster Lover pot- each of us has enough for a second meal. The lemon garlic sauce was delicious. The restaurant itself is a charming addition to the boardwalk. We’re adding this to our list of favorites!

My husband and I decided to take an off-season trip to Ocean City. We were seriously hungry and headed to Ike’s for crab cakes. They were closed as were most Restaurant's as it was off-season. We were thrilled to see that The Lobster Pot was open. We were greeted by Zino and promptly seated. The nautical decor was impressive as was the restaurant's cleanliness. We ordered the Lobster Bisque to start and it was delicious complete with meaty pieces of Lobster! 🦞 We both ordered fried food platters and they were as expected. We were pleased. Zino our server was attentive and personable. Prices were what we expected. It’s a shore town! I told Zino I was going to write a review and he made sure to spell his name! I hope I got it right. LOVE this new boardwalk restaurant and HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The coastal/shipwreck atmosphere + decor fits perfectly with Jersey Shore and it was very well-maintained⚓️ The food was DELICIOUS – everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. We especially LOVED the California sushi roll! The service was attentive and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable + NO WAIT for 2 people around 7:30pm on a Thursday night! If you're in the area, be sure to stop by hungry – you won't be disappointed!!🤤

We had the seafood boil and although they overdid it a little with the butter, overall it was great. Cooked to perfection and there was so much food, we ended up taking some home and having enough for another meal. We also had the lobster bisque, which I must say unfortunately, was not the best. There was not a lot of flavoring to it, and basically tasted just like heavy cream. There was a bit of lobster in there but the cream was a bit overpowering. We ended up not getting our soup until we already had our meal because the waiter forgot. Overall the food was good and we would definitely visit again.

Tonight's meal's were phenomenal. Compliments to everyone working tonight. Yes the food is higher priced, but the portions are insane, no one left hungry in the slightest. The location..... you sit out and look at the water, it was gorgeous. Now to the staff, tonight was my birthday and I can not thank my server enough for going above and beyond. You all were amazing, from the food to the service and dealing with the loads of request coming from my table, from the bottom of my heart thank you! Everyone else should note.....they do this in off season their people were this amazing in the OFFSEASON, very much looking forward to coming back.
