My friend drove from GA and we went for authentic Cajun food. Off The Hook delivered to the expectation and pure enjoyment on every level; food, atmosphere and service with exceptional attitude. Job well done! (I had the summer shrimp special, my friend had the summer shrimp special with fries upgraded to the swamp fries.

Jasmine was absolutely the best front-facing customer service oriented person I have seen in a very long time in a fast food restaurant. she was attentive, considerate, charming and very sweet. Before my food even hit the table I was reaching for my phone to start this review. She should seriously be considered for something in corporate training of other employees! Seriously great job Jasmine! Just had the food and it is excellent! I've never been to an Off the Hook. Consider me well impressed and I will certainly be back. Great job guys! First time being to this place and I was impressed the service was great and the food came out quick! Fresh & hot!! The manager Joshua was so nice and the cashier/server Mia was amazing! I highly recommend this place!
