Off Track Ice Cream

If you’re not needing a cone, get the ice cream Flight—4 half-scoops of different flavors. Easily shared between two people…but we each got our own. We’ve had better ice cream at other places, but there were some fun and unique flavors and options (GF, Vegan) that set this establishment apart. Along with most buildings in Charleston, the building is over 100 years old with lots of original structure and even some fixtures. The shop is tucked down a not-busy street and is clean and open while offering lots of seating. The three young ladies staffing the shop were kind, welcoming, and very efficient.

Ice cream was fresh & creamy. Staff gave friendly samples & flavor suggestions. I ordered the Vegan Chocolate S'Mores & Regular Bourbon Egg Nog. Both were delicious & you couldn't tell it was vegan!

Tried Off Track Ice Cream for the first time and the cookies & cream was delicious! They have fun local flavors and generous scoops that really hit the spot. My friend has an allergy and they were careful and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Definitely worth a visit!

Really good ice cream flavors, staff is friendly and the place is clean. I definitely recommend coming here for your sweet tooth and trying as much as you can.

Atmosphere 5 star. Super cute shop that smells great. Appreciate the natural ingredients too. My daughter’s waffle cone with cookie dough ice cream and chocolate drizzle was great. My other daughter’s strawberry ice cream was good as well. I didn’t like my brownie 😭 (first time saying that -ever). My kids and husband agreed. The Vanilla Tahitian bean was ok. Sorry but true! $30 for three items a bit steep too. I would rate good not great.
