The menu mostly has cold stir fried noodles which I'm sure are good. We were in the mood for some soup as it was cold out. I got the beef noodle soup which had hand pulled noodles and verrryyy soft glass noodles. The pork wontons were really yummy and plump. The premium meat burger reminded me of a Chinese chicken pot pie. Usually the lamb or beef meat burgers are too cumin-y for me but this one was very good!!
Old Luoyang Liangpi really impressed me. As someone from Luoyang, it means a lot to taste such an authentic flavor so far from home. The liangpi has the perfect texture and the sauce tastes just like what I grew up with. It instantly reminded me of home. The staff are friendly and the place is clean and comfortable. I have already recommended it to my friends and will definitely come back again.
Tried this place first time today and ordered #1 the cold noodle dish—absolutely delicious! It was refreshing, flavorful, and just the right balance for a warm day. The restaurant was also clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoyed my lunch meal and will definitely be coming back to try other dishes from the menu. Highly recommend! Update: I came back today and tried something else new on the menu #9, stir fry cold noodles and it was just as tasty!!
I can’t describe how good this tastes, don’t think I can find something similar in NYC. If you’re ever stopping by Flushing, come and try this place. I ordered 羊肉炒擀面皮 btw!!!
The beef-stuffed pancake was flaky and savory, packed with wok-tossed onion flavor. The soy milk was fresh and not too sweet—great balance. Inside, the shop is tiny but charmingly packed with greenery and Chinese calligraphy. The menu offers a wide variety of liangpi combos at unbeatable prices. Service is quick, and the open kitchen adds a homestyle vibe. Perfect for a satisfying and affordable street-style meal in Flushing. The only thing to improve is their meat portions.
